- Participate in clinical research trials and provide patients with access to advanced cancer treatments.
- Work alongside experienced oncologists, Advanced Practice Providers and a dedicated administrative team.
Your Practice
- Monday through Friday outpatient schedule, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Work with a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will help support your practice.
- Assume the established patient panel of a retiring physician.
- Enjoy significant autonomy over the development and management of your practice.
- Treat a diverse range of hematology and oncology patients within an established referral network.
- Opportunity to participate in clinical research based on your interests.
- Benefit from the resources of a successful independent practice without the restrictions commonly associated with hospital employment.
Outstanding Call Schedule and Quality of Life
- Call is shared equally among the physicians on a 1:8 rotation.
- Call is taken one week at a time, approximately six weeks each year.
- During the inpatient service week, the physician is supported by a dedicated inpatient Advanced Practice Provider.
- Physicians typically begin inpatient rounds at approximately 9:00 a.m. and are generally finished by approximately 3:00 p.m.
- The remaining seven weeks of the rotation are focused primarily on the physician’s outpatient practice.
- The structure provides an outstanding balance between clinical responsibility, professional autonomy and personal time.
Established Partners Earn More Than $1,500,000 Annually
- Current established partners earn more than $1,500,000 annually.
- Highly competitive guaranteed base salary while serving as an associate.
- Opportunity to earn additional productivity compensation before becoming a partner.

- $50,000 signing bonus.
- Partnership includes access to additional ancillary revenue generated through the practice’s pharmacy.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology.
- Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
