KCA Firm is recruiting a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for an established outpatient opportunity in a beautiful Mississippi River community along the Missouri / Illinois border.
This position combines an exceptional guaranteed salary, flexible scheduling, meaningful administrative time, excellent clinical support, and the opportunity to practice in a truly integrated environment focused on quality of care rather than simply patient volume.
$325,000 Guaranteed Base Salary | Opportunity to Earn $400,000+
- $325,000 guaranteed base salary
- Opportunity to earn an additional $75,000 supervising Advanced Practice Providers
- $15,000 additional compensation per APP supervised, with the ability to supervise up to five
- Sign-on bonus
