An established dental practice in Lubbock, Texas is seeking an experienced General Dentist for a full-time opportunity with an ownership component. This position is designed for a clinician interested in building a long-term future with an established practice while maintaining a consistent weekday clinical schedule.
Position Details
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Opportunity: Dentist ownership position
- Experience: 2+ years
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Provider Team: Approximately 1.5 providers
- Hygiene Team: 2 hygienists
- Retention Bonus: $50,000 Bonus
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD degree and be licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practice dentistry in Texas. The opening calls for a dentist with at least two years of clinical experience.
Practice Environment
The position is based within an established dental practice supported by an existing provider and hygiene team. The opportunity is intended for an experienced dentist interested in developing a significant long-term role within the practice and exploring an ownership path.
