An established dental practice serving the New Mexico market is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join its clinical team. This opportunity offers a consistent full-time schedule, an assisted hygiene model, and bonus potential in a busy practice environment. New graduates are welcome to be considered.
What We Offer
The practice is seeking an additional full-time hygienist to support an established clinical team and active patient schedule. The position offers an hourly rate of $45 along with bonus potential. Current hygienist bonuses are reported by the practice to typically range from approximately $700 to $1,500 per month.
Position Details

Qualifications
Candidates should be graduates of an accredited dental hygiene program and hold an active New Mexico dental hygiene license, or be eligible to obtain one. Both experienced hygienists and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental hygiene care in accordance with applicable professional standards.
- Perform patient assessments and hygiene services within the permitted scope of practice.
- Educate patients regarding oral health, preventive care, and recommended home-care practices.
- Document clinical findings and treatment accurately in patient records.
- Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and other members of the clinical team.
- Maintain appropriate infection-control, patient-safety, and professional standards.
