An established dental practice in the Raleigh metropolitan area is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time opportunity. The successful candidate will join a collaborative clinical team focused on prevention, patient education, periodontal health, and a consistently positive patient experience.

Position Details
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:40 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Compensation: $55–$60 per hour
- Experience: Open
- Provider Team: 3 providers
- Hygiene Team: 3 hygienists
- Bonus Opportunity: Sign-on/retention bonus and the practice’s standard hygiene bonus program are available
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program and an active North Carolina dental hygiene license, or be eligible to obtain licensure. Current BLS/CPR certification, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care are expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and preventive services within the scope of state law.
- Take and evaluate diagnostic radiographs and accurately document clinical findings and treatment.
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, home care, and preventive treatment.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to coordinate treatment and continuity of care.
- Maintain applicable infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and bloodborne-pathogen standards.
