An established dental practice serving the Albuquerque metropolitan market is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its clinical team. This high-priority opportunity offers an established patient base, experienced clinical support, and a significant long-term retention incentive. Motivated new graduates are welcome to be considered.

$50,000 Retention Bonus
This opportunity includes a $50,000 retention bonus awarded upon completion of five years of continuous employment.
Position Details
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Experience: New graduates welcome to be considered
- Compensation: 30% of collections
- Retention Incentive: $50,000 after five years of continuous employment
- Clinical Environment: Established provider and hygiene team
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active New Mexico dental license, or be eligible to obtain one. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of general dental conditions.
- Perform comprehensive examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and other general dental services consistent with training and patient needs.
- Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and build trusted, long-term patient relationships.
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain applicable professional, OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
