An established dental practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area is seeking a full-time General Dentist for an opportunity that includes a clear path toward practice ownership. With an existing doctor reducing their clinical schedule, this position offers an incoming dentist the opportunity to step into an established patient base while taking on an increasingly important role within the practice.

Position Details
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Opportunity: General Dentistry with a path toward ownership
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Experience: 1+ year preferred
- Clinical Support: Established hygiene support
- Practice Need: Existing doctor is reducing their clinical schedule, creating an opportunity for the incoming dentist to assume a larger role
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active Texas dental license, or be eligible to obtain one. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and an interest in developing a long-term future with the practice.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of general dental conditions.
- Perform comprehensive examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and other general dental services consistent with training and patient needs.
- Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and build lasting patient relationships.
- Collaborate with the hygiene, clinical, and administrative teams to provide coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to the continued growth and long-term success of the practice.
- Maintain applicable professional, OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
