An established dental practice in Frisco, Texas, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its clinical team. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced dentist who values comprehensive patient care, professional collaboration, and a schedule that provides flexibility through alternating workweeks.
What We Offer
The incoming dentist will join an established practice environment with existing clinical support and the opportunity to provide a broad range of general dental services. The alternating schedule creates a combination of five-day and three-day workweeks while maintaining a full-time position.
Position Details
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Schedule: Alternating five-day and three-day workweeks
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday & Thursday: 6:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Experience: 2+ years preferred
- Clinical Experience: Implant and endodontic experience is especially attractive
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active Texas dental license, or be eligible to obtain one. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Experience with implant dentistry and endodontics is particularly valued.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of general dental conditions.
- Perform comprehensive examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and other general dental services consistent with training and patient needs.
- Perform implant, endodontic, and other expanded procedures when consistent with the dentist’s training and experience.
- Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and build trusted, long-term patient relationships.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain applicable professional, OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
