Established Patient Base | Three-to-Six-Month Mentorship

- Step into a stable orthodontic practice with an established patient base and experienced support team.
- Work alongside the departing orthodontist for approximately three to six months, based on experience and mentorship needs.
- Acquire a meaningful 20% ownership interest through a Dental Partnership Organization model that preserves local branding and clinical autonomy.
- Treat a broad mix of children, adolescents, and adults using braces, clear aligners, and orthodontic appliances.
- New graduates will be considered when they demonstrate exceptional leadership potential, maturity, and ownership motivation.
Your Practice
- Full-time weekday schedule with an early Friday finish.
- Modern, efficient orthodontic environment with five operatories and digital workflows.
- Experienced practice manager, clinical assistants, and scheduling support.
- PPO patient base with established community and referral relationships.
- Meaningful clinical autonomy with the opportunity to guide team development and future growth.
Compensation, Benefits & Ownership
- $300,000–$350,000+ annual compensation potential.
- A competitive daily guarantee will be established based on experience.
- Sign-on and relocation packages are highly negotiable. Standard packages generally range from $5,000–$10,000, with larger packages possible for the right candidate.
- 401(k) with a 4% employer match and medical benefits. Complete benefit details will be reviewed with qualified candidates.
- 20% ownership opportunity
- Monthly continuing education and ongoing mentorship through the organization’s doctor-owner and executive community.
Candidate Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program.
- Eligible for unrestricted licensure in the state of practice.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused, growth-minded approach and genuine interest in long-term ownership.
